Thriving Three Bundle

We currently deliver to Thornhill and nearby areas between Steeles Ave and 16th Ave, and between Dufferin St and Hwy 404.

Deliveries are made every Sunday between 11am and 4pm.

Your first delivery depends on when you place your order:
 

• Orders placed Sunday to Tuesday: first delivery 12 to 14 days later

• Orders placed Wednesday to Saturday: first delivery 15 to 18 days later

This applies to one-time orders and the first delivery on a subscription, since we custom-grow each order fresh for you rather than pulling from a stored batch.

After your first delivery, boxes continue automatically on your chosen subscription schedule (weekly or bi-weekly).

If you're not home, we'll leave your greens in the safe spot you've told us about.

• Keep your microgreens refrigerated in their original clamshell with the absorbent pad inside, a paper towel laid over the greens, and the lid securely closed.
• Store between 2°C and 4°C, and avoid the back of the fridge where greens can freeze.
• Properly stored, they'll stay fresh for 10 to 14 days.

Subscriptions: You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at hello@kuchulumicrogreens.ca. You will receive one final delivery after you cancel.

One-time purchases: Once your order is confirmed, we begin growing it specifically for you, so we're unable to cancel or refund one-time orders after the order is placed.

After delivery (both types): Refunds are not available unless your greens arrived damaged or spoiled.
