Why Do We Grow Microgreens?
Well, firstly — we are obsessed with how delicious they are! When we tried these tiny greens for the first time many years ago, it was literally love at first bite.
But we started our microgreens project with just simple curiosity: what if we could have a little more control over the food we consume? What if we could make healthy eating more accessible?
Microgreens seemed like the natural first step towards that reality. We set out to learn the nuances of growing the most nutrient-dense and most flavourful crops so that eating them wouldn't just be about health, but also enjoyment.

Every tray we grow starts with certified organic, non-GMO seeds, sourced from suppliers we trust. We don't use pesticides or herbicides, ever. Our greens are grown in clean, food-safe conditions and harvested fresh to order, so you're never eating something that's been sitting around. We do this because it's what we want to feed our own family, and we don't think you should expect any less from yours.

There's a reason we keep our delivery radius small. Microgreens are at their best within days of being cut, and the only way to guarantee that is to stay close to home. Every order is grown right here in Thornhill and delivered to neighbours, not shipped across the province. It keeps our greens fresh, our footprint small, and our customers part of something local.
